  • Install 220V electricity to elevator site 

  • Clean out gutter drain on north side of WC 

  • Replace exterior bulb Ed Bldg north side 

  • Replace discolored ceiling tiles in the south of mezzanine hallway 

  • Install LED strips in outdoor sign (some fabrication needed) 

  • Install 3rd speaker under balcony 

  • Ed bldg foyer, 2nd floor - repair floor 

  • Remove & replace parking lot light in rear 

  • Paint facia on east and north sides of Worship Center (includes lift rental) 

  • Install gutters on east and north sides of Worship Center (this is a guess) 

  • Pressure wash Worship Center brick (near roof) 

  • Install bell tower speakers 

  • Replace bulbs on Worship Center porch 

  • Wire 2nd floor light to office switch 

  • Paint roof access ladder black 

  • Repair drain valve in baptistery 

  • Repair wooden doors on front of Worship Center 

  • Replace closer on north door of interior Worship Center 

  • Install blank on telephone jack (1st floor children's area) & paint 

  • Combine lights to one switch in 2nd floor rooms
